The Cairo Citadel is a glorious attraction that was built between 1176 and 1182 by Salah El Din to overlook the entire capital and his Dynasty. Mohamed Ali Mosque a.k.a "The Alabaster Mosque" is a true symbol of wonders and bliss, which was created between 1830 & 1848 to become an embodiment of freedom and independence, plus an ideal example of Ottoman architecture. The walls were made of white alabaster taken from the surface of the great Giza pyramids.
